SHIPPING

1. Where do you ship your products?

All of our products are made in China and are shipped out from China.

2. What is the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping to most countries. Besides, to other countries, the shipping fee is $0.99 each order, and free shipping is provided if you oder more than one item.

3.What is the shipping time?

The time frame for order delivery is divided into 2 parts: processing time and shipping time.

Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturers for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the order, which takes additional 2-4 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to destination. All products of our self-owned brand Three Fleas are shipped by e-packet, which takes 7-20 business days, but can take longer sometimes. Products from our agent brand Meachy, Lack, Beily are usually shipped by other channels, which usually takes 20-60days. 

4. How do I track my package?

You can track your parcel via the confirmation Email. Also you can click "Track My Order" link on our website.

 

PAYMENT and ORDERING

1. What payment term do you accept?

We only accept PAYPAL now, other payment terms like Visa and Mastercard will be available soon. 

2. How do I cancel my order?

Only unshipped orders can be cancelled. Cancellation can be done through email. Refund will be issued accordingly if card is charged.

3. Is my information secure using this site?
ABSOLUTELY! Our secure software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions.

4. What if my address is wrong?

If your address is wrong, please contact us as soon as possible. If the parcel is not shipped out, we will help you to cancel it and replace the order with new address.

2. How do I return a product?

If you want to return a product, please alert us through email with your order number. We will send you a link to start the easy return process.
