Order Processing Time:
After you place an order, we require up to 3 days to process and verify the details of your order. During this time, we check the order for accuracy, perform quality control checks, and prepare your items for shipment.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Once your order has been processed, we will ship it within 3 days. Please note that the delivery time may vary based on the shipping destination and other factors. Generally, the shipping company will deliver your parcel within 7-14 days. However, please allow for potential delays due to unforeseen circumstances or accidents. In such cases, delivery may take longer than the estimated time. We will make every effort to notify you in advance if there are any significant delays in shipping.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the product you received, you may request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind or dislike, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- If the product you received is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. We will provide assistance and arrange for a return or exchange, at no additional cost to you.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via Instagram. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with further instructions.
Note: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
