What Is This?

Every order placed during the promotion includes 1 random Three Fleas Cat Card. Cards come in four tiers: R / SR / SSR / SP.

• R / SR / SSR: Multiple designs, many cards. These count toward the free-order set.
• SP: Ultra-rare hidden card. Only 1 design and only 5 SP cards exist in total.
  • SP is a wildcard. Use it as any one tier — R, SR, or SSR — to complete your set.
  • Pulling and verifying SP also unlocks a surprise gift on your next order.
  • SP does not directly make an order free. It helps you complete the R + SR + SSR set.

How It Works

1. Place an order.
   Every order includes 1 random cat card. Tier and design are random.
2. Collect the trio.
   You need any R + any SR + any SSR. Designs do not need to match.
3. Use SP as a wildcard if you have one.
   SP can replace one missing tier — R, SR, or SSR. One SP per set. You cannot use one SP to replace two cards.
4. Complete your set.
   The final order is the order in which you receive the last card needed to complete your R + SR + SSR set. This includes when SP is used as a wildcard.
5. Redeem your free order.
   Email us with photos of your cards. Once verified, you must hole-punch the cards. After that, we process the refund for the qualifying order.
6. Unlock your SP surprise gift.
   When your SP is verified as part of a valid redemption, you also unlock a surprise gift on your next order. One surprise gift per SP card. Limit one per customer/household. Must be redeemed within 30 days after verification.

Free Order Refund Details

• What is refunded? The merchandise subtotal of the qualifying order.
• What is not refunded? Shipping, taxes, and any other fees.
• Maximum refund: $100 USD.
  • If the qualifying order’s merchandise subtotal is under $100 USD, we refund the merchandise subtotal only.
  • If the qualifying order’s merchandise subtotal is $100 USD or more, we refund exactly $100 USD. Any amount over $100 is not refunded.
• Which order qualifies? The final order — the order in which you receive the last card needed to complete your R + SR + SSR set.
• How is it issued? As a refund to your original payment method, within 7 business days after verification and hole-punch confirmation.
• Limit: One free-order refund per customer/household, unless otherwise stated.

SP Wildcard & Surprise Gift Details

SP Wildcard

• SP can be used as any one tier: R, SR, or SSR.
• One SP per set.
• SP cannot replace more than one card.
• SP does not count as R + SR + SSR by itself.
• SP does not directly trigger a free order.
• Once verified and hole-punched, your SP card is void and cannot be reused.

Surprise Gift

• When your SP is verified as part of a valid redemption, you unlock one surprise gift on your next order.
• One surprise gift per SP card. Limit one per customer/household.
• You must place your next order within 30 days after SP verification.
• The gift is randomly selected. No choice, no exchanges, no cash value.
• Approximate retail value: $40–$60 USD. We may substitute with an item of equal or greater value.
• Gift is included with your next order, while supplies last.
• Shipping, taxes, and fees still apply to your next order.

How to Redeem

1. Complete your set.
   Collect any R + any SR + any SSR — any designs.
   SP can be used as a wildcard to replace one missing tier (R, SR, or SSR). One SP per set.
2. Contact customer service by email.
   Email us at online@threefleas.com. This is the only channel for redemption.
3. Upload clear photos of all three cards — front and back.
   If you are using SP as a wildcard, include your SP card and SP number in the photos.
4. Our team verifies your set and identifies the final order.
   The final order is the order in which you receive the last card needed to complete your R + SR + SSR set, including when SP is used as a wildcard.
5. Hole-punch requirement.
   After verification, you must hole-punch each of the three redeemed cards and send a clear photo of the punched cards.
   Once punched, the cards are void and cannot be reused for any future promotion or redemption.
6. Refund is issued.
   Once the punched-card photo is confirmed, we will refund the qualifying amount to your original payment method within 7 business days.

• If the final order’s merchandise subtotal is under $100 USD:
  We refund the merchandise subtotal only.
  Shipping, taxes, and fees are not refunded.
• If the final order’s merchandise subtotal is $100 USD or more:
  We refund exactly $100 USD.
  Any amount over $100 is not refunded.
